hard to findOct 15, 2009

I have not been able to find this item in local stores, was happy to be able to order online. Packed well. I originally ordered it from the manufacturer - Westek, got two comp bulbs but the packaging was so poor that I received the bulbs smashed. When I contacted the manufacturer, I never received any answer ( they probably thought I wanted to scam them ). Westek originally advised me the bulbs would be available at Lowe's stores but I never found them there. Thanks for the great service ( better than Westek ).

almost goodApr 14, 2008
By V. Babin I have ordered two small fluorescent light bulbs.
Package arrived very fast but one of the bulbs was crushed during the shipment. I called customer service and they send free replacement very promptly. I was very impressed with service but in two weeks the other
bulb from original shipment stopped working although it did not have any visible damage.
I would suggest this vendor use more care when packaging light bulbs (like more pudding with bubble wrap).

Defective bulb replacementAug 25, 2010
By Gary L. Gauldin I ordered two (2) bulb replacements for my light -- two as I could find no retail store that carried this item and thought it would be good to have a spare. The bulbs arrived very well packaged, especially in light of their fragile nature. Unfortunately neither bulb works -- just the ends light up...called the customer service number provided by you folks and they feel it is a bulb problem and are supposed to be sending another bulb. Truthfully I am probably going to replace the entire light with one that I can conveniently buy replacement bulbs.
