Excellent QualitySep 11, 2011

These triple cfl can bulbs are not only hard to find but are very expensive. These bulbs are very high quality (better than the new installation) and are substantially lower cost than at box stores if you can find them. The light is very white. Perfect for office or reading.
Good Product , Good VendorApr 07, 2011
By Deshi the product is good and the vendor is absolutely recommended too. The price and availability was a big motive for me to go for this. I didnt find this product in Lowes or Home Depot or OSH . Out of 4 , 1 piece was defective and they promptly credited me back for that.
shipped unpadded and arrived broken; mercury danger?Feb 25, 2011
By Karl Pfleger I'm very surprised, given that CFLs contain mercury, that this was shipped with zero padding. The thin cardboard box containing the bulb (as it would appear on a retail store's shelf) was enclosed in a folded piece of cardboard just as Amazon usually ships books. No air-filled cushion bags, peanuts, or any other padding surrounded it. It was already broken when I unpacked it. It clearly broke before it entered our home. I only hope that all the mercury had dispersed before then. Seems irresponsible to ship it this way.

shipping overchargeFeb 19, 2010
By Samuel Lapkin As I wrote you recently, there was an exorbitant amount charged for shipping this order. I have received no response from either you or the vendor about my complaint, but I question if I can afford to do business through you if it's going to subject me to excessive shipping costs.
Again, I would appreciate a response.
Thank you.
