One of the bulbs that I ordered didn't work, I notified the seller and even though he had no more in stock, offered to return my money or have it sent when he reordered. So my problem was "no problem". Great to do business with, and would highly recommend him! The bulbs are working great too!!

I was very happy receiving my Ott light. Usually I've had to pay around $40 for this replacement bulb. Arrived in pristine shape because it was well packaged. I'd definately buy from this vendor again. Five star seller. Price and shipping was great. Thank you

"A Little on the Curved Side"
I needed an ott-lite replacement and went to Amazon to get it. JoAnn's then comes out with a 50% off coupon so I could have gotten it locally. It works great and I needed it working with dark fabrics. Check JoAnn's or Hancock's first before ordering online. You might get a better deal.

The best buy I could find for this bulb replacement. I am blind in one eye and I like the light that these bulbs give off. Shipping costs are high like most every other item you purchase on line.
