Great BulbDec 28, 2009
By John D. Brumbaugh This light bulb was intended as a replacement for the one that burned out in my 24-inch fiber optic Christmas tree, and after using it for about a month, I can say that it works perfectly. What more can I say? This is a great product.
Exact ReplacementJan 23, 2012
By Dale W I've had a fiber optic Christmas tree for years and the original bulb burned out this past season. I wanted to keep the tree so I looked for a replacement bulb. I found an exact replacement here on Amazon and it works great. Delivery was very fast (it arrived before the promise date). Thanks for great service.
Another angel saved!Jan 20, 2012
By Craig This year, we had misplaced the power supply for the fiber optic tree topper and we purchased 2 different replacement angels that were poor replacements. Naturally, just after Christmas we find the missing power supply only to find that the light bulb was burned out and the angel still didn't work The original bulb was a 6V 4.5W and this replacement bulb was listed as 5W. The slight difference in wattage wasn't an issue. I got the replacement installed and the angel works like a champ. The other notable difference is that this bulb comes with a a plastic lens cover and the original did not. This allowed the original to be attached to the angel using 2 small springs hooked over the lip of the bulb. Since I can't use the springs, I hope that the bulb doesn't come loose.
Overall, I'm happy with this bulb!
