I ordered these lamps for some fixtures in my kitchen, but these were not the correct bulb. Turns out the lamps I need are rare, even more rare than these bulbs. Fortunately, the customer service is fantastic. After first trying to find the proper bulb, the gentleman I spoke to informed me that they were not in stock. He gave me a code to write on my invoice, instructed me how to return the bulbs, and bid me a good day. I received my refund within a month. Great company, and one I will surely use again.
