"GT jackets"
This light bulb just works! The past bulb like this I used lasted for five years or so, so I expect my latest to do the same. This seller was accurate in their descriptions and I had no problems in installing the lamp.

I tried for several weeks to find this bulb at a local store, with no luck. A random stop at a Staples store did finally locate it, but for $15!
The price (including shipping) was great, and shipping was fast. The bulb was the right size, and three months later is still burning bright.
